Red light therapy is one thing that biohackers are not completely off base about. I tend to ignore most of the things they say because their thought leaders are huge on peddling snake oil remedies.

Please pay special attention to the later section that explains what it means when a device is FDA-cleared as well as the tables summarizing the actual devices/study designs for published clinical trials.
I did get a red light therapy face mask for Christmas, but I have not seen any major results, although to be fair, I do not have any significant blemishes.
