I made jalapeño cornbread with whipped honey butter to go with dinner last night. I’m currently eating the toasted leftovers and it’s still amazing.

100% cornmeal cornbread or was flour involved?

2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix, two eggs, 2/3 cup milk, and a bit over half of a small can of spicy jalapeños. Mixed it all together, but it in a greased pan, and cooked it at 375 until it looked done. Maybe 20ish minutes?
