just barely caught my UV window today 🌞 busy week

reorienting day around the sunlight is fun and it definitely reduces stress, gets you outdoors way more & brings clarity of purpose

biggest challenge for me is going to sleep earlier, any tips?

3hrs before targeted bedtime, stop eating

2hrs, stop drinking

1 hr, stop looking at all screens
