I’m going to diet and see how long I can stick to it. Any suggestions for fairly easy meals, I’m not a good cook lol

Someone would need to know what your diet is before recommending meals

My diet is just healthier that’s it.

Okay if you want to bullshit yourself with vague terms go for it. If you want some sort of results set a well defined goal.

I’m not doing it for weight loss lol I’m doing it for general healthiness.

"maybe kinda sorta healthier, but just in general"

So 4 Twinkies instead of 5 ?

Sure.

How do you like to cook? I'm a crockpot fan as it's usually quite easy and you can just set it and, generally, forget it.

This book is great.

Steak. You can pretty much figure out how to cook it the way you like it, with whatever you have to cook it with, and just do it over and over again.

Also, doesn't have to be expensive. I'm always able to find steaks in the supermarket bargain bin, as long as I'm not picky. Lots of thin-cut in there, which is also super-fast easy cook. You could cook them on a foreman grill if you had to.

Go Carnivore. Fast, easy to shop, easy to cook, and you'll feel great.

Lunch:

4 quarter pound burger patties, grass-fed, 80% lean; or couple bone-in pork chops; treat yourself to some great steaks on the weekend

You won't even be hungry

You only need a grill

0 carbs

No alcohol (or limit to more clear spirits)
