I’d say to fight our monkey brains and stop labeling and categorizing people into nicely organized and easy to navigate niches, and instead approach each individual by employing a hand higher functioning part of the brain. He's making a point about certain sections of society being dogmatic and unreceptive to discourse.

He's broadly correct, that's just my experience.

I respect that you clearly believe in the sovereignty of the individual, I do too, but some shy from their divine spark, are afraid of it, such a shame.

They doubt their own counsel, their own wisdom.

How long can one respect the sovereignty of another when they themselves dont?
