I’m going to make this short, sweet, and simple.There’s so much out there regarding how you should or shouldn’t eat. At the end of the day people are disconnected from themselves. What is driving obsessive food behavior is fear. Your attitude and relationship towards food is a mirror around your relationship and attitude towards self. This is what people are avoiding.“If I’m thin everything will be ok” “if I’m fat then no one will love me and I’m worthless”Sound familiar? We all go through these feelings. I do not care if you’re #vegan/#vegetarian, #carnivore, or #omnivore. The thing is we all are these at some point. There are days I don’t want meat at all. Other days that’s all I eat. It boils down to are you even connected to yourself to understand what you need. This is where logging your food and collecting data starts to come in. #Intuitive eating only works after you’ve collected data and learned about yourself. Any lifestyle worth following is is worth questioning. Oppositions (the term is self explanatory) and squares (a challenge) in the birth chart or what is currently going on in the sky creating these aspects will have an affect on you and how your body is receiving or not receiving these macronutrients.Protein: this word is derived from a Greek meaning ‘of prime importance’. It is the living part of all animals and must continually be replaced. The #planets I will look at are #Mars and #Saturn.Fats provide the body with fuel, insulation, protection and are used in cell parts and hormones. Adipose tissue and the planet I look at is #Jupiter. I may have told you to quit feeding Jupiter.Carbohydrates provide short term fuel for metabolism and brain function. It is the primary and preferred fuel source for the body. It will be stored in the muscle and liver as glycogen. The planet I look at is #Venus.You can have too much or too little on any given day. It’s not about having the same amount everyday.
