update! just got back from lunch.
I got the fried porkchop version since it won the poll. Verdict?
Pretty good! the fried pork and mozarella were crispy and complemented each other. there was also a sauce that was mustardy but also might have been some kind of cheese sauce? The bun had more flavor than a usual hamburger bun but not overpowering. The one downside was that it was quite a slippery burger, kinda annoying. Overall, I would get it again!

Wow! What is the bun made of to make it black?
I think it's squid ink? I remember seeing a sign that talked about it but can't quite remember.
