The value you've brought to this space Joe cannot be measured by money.
I can relate to feeling stagnant and wanting to make a bigger impact. Or at least get a decent reward for your efforts, but often times both of those seem elusive.
Not sure the best way forward, but I think there is more in store for both of us than we can imagine.
