What’s the best place to get some training on this stuff? I have btcpay setup, but I’m struggling to get it operational as a merchant. The best I’ve found is btcsessions, but that didn’t go as in depth as I had hoped.

You can now easily manage collaborative custody with multiple signatures, coordinate signatures (by sending an email), sign via any hardware wallet and get email notifications whenever there's a status update.
⚡️We've significantly improved fee acceleration. Merchants can effortlessly speed up transactions stuck in the mempool using Replace-By-Fee (RBF) for outgoing payments or batch-accelerate incoming transactions with Child-Pays-for-Parent (CPFP) without relaying on a third-party service and paying additional service fees for acceleration.
🧩 ZCash and Monero support has transitioned from the core BTCPay codebase to community-maintained plugins. Merchants using XMR or ZEC will be promoted to install plugins for smooth migration and backward compatibility.
Modularization of the payment method support is another step towards having a leaner BTCPay core codebase, while external features can evolve independently under the supervision of their own maintainers and communities.
🛒 Shopify V2 is here! Our integration now fully supports upcoming Shopify API changes, ensuring a seamless migration. Merchants must upgrade by August 2025 to maintain uninterrupted payments on their Shopify stores.
