The brain is not a computer. We understand less about it than we do about deep space.

We don't need to understand the brain to get to AGI. The whole idea is that it's also... a blackbox

If it's a blackbox then any claim of achieving AGI will be based on faith and our own lack of the ability to discern man from machine.

Computers don't have nervous systems. They are tools created and programmed by man.
