How do you give the reviewer credentials for using the app? Did you just mark the app as login not required, or did you give them some specific nsec to use the app with, or something else?
I got an app passed by adding a hardcoded check in the frontend to hide certain features from the reviewer by checking the phone number of the logged in user

I think in order to really get past this you could charge people to leave feedback on a post and report your earnings from feedback.
Then you could reward great posters with sats and post the payment proofs that add up to a significant portion of your feedback revenue.

You're not a licensed money transmitter so you can't let users pay you for the purpose of sending money to someone else. Instead, you can provide a non-monetary good/service in exchange for money.
Then, it's your money to spend as you wish. You can spend it on rewards to great posters that you like and just so happen to align with the posts that your users provided paid feedback on.
Maybe this misses the point of Apple's restrictions, but could be a trusted way to enable you to pay great nostr users without needing a license.
