not sure why i haven’t done this before. Trying out a random macro and calorie tracking app.
I took the nutrient pdf from a restaurant i frequent and put in all the data. I can see exactly all of the macros and calories.
Then i can use chatgpt to suggest modifications.
No longer do i have to guess why i’m not losing weight or feeling tired. Just use data and tools.
i'd look into some better advice than chatgpt for nutrient advice

Just try keto and you will be fine. No need to count exactly calories and macros.
well thats just because its a reasonable macronutrient and calorie profile. you don’t have to explicitly track it if you’re disciplined enough (i’m not)
