Finally pulled a plug on my installation of LNBits, and moved to a more secure alternative (BTCPayServer) for my regular wallet needs. It was too much of a risk for my taste 🐶🐾🫡

Is the node on which we are connecting LNbits at risk? Or just the risk that a paid invoice is not really paid?

LNbits is the most powerfull tool I know for using bitcoins on Lightning, would be a shame to give up on it.

BTCPay Server is also amazing and fit for serious commerce but lack a lot of functionalities, especially with boltcard and Nostr zap support. And it had critical vulerabilies too where node found was at risk, so I'm not sure it's much better (from my non-dev point of view).

I believe it’s overall a better architecture and it does have Nostr zaps(I use them) 🐶🐾🫡

Ok when I use my Lightning Address from BTCPay, Amethyst don't know that I got a zap, with LNbits it does (but Primal users cannot zap me), I set back to Alby for now but I might try again.
