I just let the swelling do its the work. Though, I did ice and rest it for the first 24 hours because I hadn't committed to the strategy.

Yeah, joints are funny things. They like a lot of variation to stay strong.

Interesting. I didn’t know by being a stubborn asshole I was an anti ricer. Whatever works though dude just get healthy and stronk.
