anyone notice that President Trump picked the 21st to free Ross?

for all the bellyaching about trump today, i do think this was a direct nod to bitcoiners. for some reason, he is not ready to speak directly about bitcoin. perhaps it's to keep the price down so they can start buying without a lot of fanfare pushing the price up. i really don't know.

i do know that making Free Ross Day 1-21 is a message to bitcoiners that he knows what bitcoin will do for us: it frees us all from the corrupt aystem.

Agreed. I think he may have been surprised by shockwaves that reverberated around the world after his SBR comments. Ears of world leaders perked up. Best to just stack quickly and quietly if we can.

i've been stacking since 2018, but as much as nation-state adoption benefits me, i want more time for those who are just getting started to build their stacks.

Yeah I’m class of ‘19, it’s definitely hard to see the train leaving the station when there’s still plenty of family and friends who haven’t bought a ticket. I only have two other people close to me IRL that stack. I guess we gotta have grace since everyone’s on their own journey. Might be a catastrophic melt-up situation that bootstraps mass desire to study up.

i expect that the train will leave without most people, and they will either get stuck in some mandibles situation where they have nothing or there will be some transitional currency that will trap them in worse servitude than they're currently in.

Spot on. It’s a hard reckoning. it’s kind of like the WEF’s sentiment of owning nothing and being happy. Sanity is refusing to eat zee bugs. Many will roll over for a belly scratch. Just hope we never have to cross that bridge. Sort of feels like we are at a very pivotal point in history. We are living out the fork in the road meme.

i've moved my family as far away from the control nodes as i can. but we know they can reach as far as they need to. meanwhile, i've been putting as much into bitcoin as I can. legarde made it clear to the elite that bitcoin is the escape hatch. you know they are loading up. meanwhile, mom and pop think 401ks and trumpcoin are going to get it done for them. it's so sad to watch.

Me and my friends just talked about this and we’re split. I think it was coincidence honestly.

If he didn’t launch the shitcoins I may have held on hope he understands the gravity of the SBR/bitcoin.

I do wonder what was the final straw that made him keep the promise or if he intended to do it from the start. I heard rumors Rand Paul sent a letter to him today etc

I hope I’m wrong and it’s all part of the “master plan” but $Trump really disenchanted me…
