Don't judge, we're tired and yes we used paper plates but the quail was delicious! We wanted simple so just the quail, onion, garlic and butter with a little bit of seasoning. I've never had quail but I'm a fan and am super motivated to get some on our homestead soonish! Plus pickled quail eggs are amazing!
