I’ve been skipping gym lately, not feeling it at all. I was sitting at home by myself for two weeks eating junk food and doomscrolling. I was thinking it might be lack of willpower, or laziness, or terminal case of brain rot, or maybe all of those together. But I am sure now it is your fault. Somehow it is. And it’s not fair and I want you to admit it, and to apologise.
