It was so ridiculous because I had just joined a gym prior to covid hitting and was about to start really focussing on being as healthy and strong as I could and then the government shut down gyms and derailed my plans. And the biggest hypocrisy of all is them telling me its for me health! Then when gyms did open for a long time it was just for people with a vaccine passport. It was so frustrating but that entire few year period really taught me that there are no experts you can hand your health over to. You have to take it in to your own hands.
