I came across an old gutted building in Oklahoma listed for $65K, which would be perfect for my pizza business. However, I’m wondering if the space is too large for a beginner entrepreneur. That said, I could potentially split it into three sections, maybe even add a smoothie bar or something similar or even better rent that part to someone else.

There are tons of old buildings like this across the U.S. that just need a bit of renovations. I’ve noticed that property prices are dropping due to the current economic situation, and real estate is no longer the strong investment it once was.

65k... Get it immediately. Split it in three. Take a loan fix it and repay the loan with the income from the rent of the two parts you still don't need. When your business will be ready to expand do not renew the rent. This way you will increase the value of the place at almost zero while having a dinamic place to expand.
