I think that might be because alcohol is still used so much more.

I will maintain the two glass of wine a day drinker is gonna be way more productive than the two joint a day smoker. Both will likely be pretty fat.

That's not a fair comparison. Wine is probably the healthiest form of alchool consumption.

You would have to compare it to something like medicinal CBD or something.

I'm not sure there is such thing as a healthy alcohol. I would actually consider a strong whiskey to be a little healthier due to lower carbs. If drank in small amounts.

I'm trying to draw a comparison for the casual drinker and the casual smoker.

Not someone who over abused either.

Like I don't really get shit faced drunk but I might have a half a bottle to a bottle of wine a couple times a month with dinner.

Definitely not healthy but also doesn't seem to hurt my career and sometimes even helps with networking.

CBD is kinda a new category I'm not real comfortable drawing any conclusions from. It's usually pretty different chemically than just the flower.
