Today’s late lunch before hitting the gym.

before/after.

Lately, I’ve noticed my hunger kicking in more after having cottage cheese with bone broth in the morning. It’s like my body’s asking for more meat — and honestly, it tastes better than ever.

There’s even this weird sense of excitement when I’m cooking… almost like I’m dancing around the kitchen.

Lunch:

- 700g steak

- 10 eggs cooked in tallow

- Some butter

Simple, heavy, and exactly what I needed.

Bro where do you get the bone broth from?

I cook it regularly, its really food of God

How do you make it?

it’s very easy

- Get some bones, any kind will do. No need for anything fancy.

- Boil the bones, place them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 6-8 hours of more (I usually cook for 8 hours)

- Salt, I do it before eating

- Top up the water, as the broth simmers, water will evaporate. Just add more as needed

Tip: You can use the cheapest slow cooker for this, set it and forget it

Ok cool stuff I’ll actually give this a try as well 💪🏼 thanks for sharing 👊🏼

let me know

I suggest to drink it for 3 weeks to check the results and then drink it occasionally

How much do you drink a day? In the morning? Evening?

all i eat i post there

i just drink it about 0.5Litre in the morning with cottage cheeses as i don’t have much time for breakfast after I wake up

but its really save to drink it anytime you want any amount
