Remember that soft drinks / cola / pop will kill you over time if you can’t limit it.

Anything we can’t limit that doesn’t serve our long term health we either have to:

Have the stuff that doesn’t support your health only 20% of the time at most.

Training ourselves in having small limits is GOOD FOR US!!!
