That looks amazing- is it as easy as heating the fat up?
Pretty much. Takes time though, full process was like 12hrs
Why it's yellow on third photo? It's not tallow I guess?
Yup, tallow (that hasn’t set yet, still hot and liquid) Turns more white when set
Ok so I forgot because mine is white and in liquid state I don't remember it to be yellow. Maybe it's because I buy cheap super market meat/tallow.
