Some please explain to me from a high level technical perspective the pros vs cons of having a few Nostr relays (1-5) over many (30+).
Would I have less access to content with a drastic reduction in relays?
How do I choose the best relays for me?

I only have a couple. Works fine for me. I noticed the more relays I have the slower things load and more data use.
