Both are great! Pork belly will be done a lot quicker so either pull out sooner or put on later.

I usually put them on at the same time to get that initial smoke in.

If you have an upper rack on the smoker, you can put the belly there and it might be done around the same time as the pork belly.

Either way, you’ll have a great time and the results will be awesome!

Thanks for the advice. This will be my first time for pork belly. Recently found it in my local grocery store. Since we have a long weekend, would be a good time to try it. I’ll let you k ow how it goes. 🤙🏻
