I was here. It was fun. Once again, I think we werenβt giving it for fee. I think we all earned it. We were supporting each other in a new online endeavour and we all earned it by showing up. I understand where youβre coming from and what youβre saying but Iβd like to think there are still people out there that do it regardless of whether you earned it or not because they donβt are where youβve been or where youβre going, not looking for any future return for their kind gesture. π I actually agree with what youβre saying. My invoice was just for kicks. But this idea is in line with proof of work. Value isnβt created out of thin air. Expecting value or asking for it to be given to you for nothing in return is akin to begging. I think itβs possible to be charitable with one another without encouraging or facilitating begging. Giving value back where we have genuinely received value, and ignoring the grifters, will encourage the type of value for value environment I think Nostr is designed for.
