Packet loss, but it’s a general complaint form.

I had a similar issue for years and eventually switched to a business account to pay more for less bandwidth just because they wouldn’t fix the cable for a residential customer. I even had to get a microwave backup connection, which was only 10 mbps, and a Pfsense router to pick the best route for my packets.

I wish I would have realized their unlawful behavior had an enforcer. Cost me a lot of time and money.
