They loved it! I am the hero! 3 of us ate 3/4 of it! The fourth person was asleep... But thaers enough for them when they get up! But I was even imposed with myself. 😁

I was going to do cabbage... But my 19yo (the one asleep) does not like it. So I switched to cauliflower... And actually I would think it can balance/interchange with the potato.

This was great though! I will do it again!
