Feeling very guilty to have an American day of feasting tomorrow when so many people are starving in Gaza because of our government.

This is a cruel world.

Yep 🙃

Sobering thoughts 😔

We are the capital. This is the hunger games 😩

What can we do?

Fight Zionism. Support the BDS movement. Boycott. Call out Zionism and separate it from Judaism. Loudly condemn Zionists. Don't let them call you antisemitic. This is bigger than Gaza. AIPAC controls all of our politicians in a way that no other lobby does. We are all seeing their strength. We should be talking about how we can fight Zionism every day. This is a big fight but it’s one we have to take on if we want to fix this fucked up world.

It's important to remember the things youre thankful for. Food, water, shelter. We take these things for granted and many of the people in the world do without. Make your holiday about thanks, not gluttony.

Yes, you’re right. That is how to make most of the day. And be together with family.

But survivor’s guilt is very real these days for me. Also knowing so many Americans are struggling to afford a Thanksgiving meal. This all just feels wrong.

Yeah its hard to reconcile the fact that life is fundamentally unfair. I hope you don't feel guilty that you happen to be lucky. You've done nothing wrong. I wish everyone in the world could have a life as good as the average American has. I hope you have a happy Thanksgiving.

Yes, that is what’s difficult for me. You’re right. So nice of you to say. Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

You as well!

They weren't starving before October 7 last year.

In fact they eat better meals than most Iranians. They drive better cars too.

Read the statistics? How many kg meat they consume vs Iranians?

This post wasn’t about Iranians. There is no need to compare.

They were not starving and the war is not USA's fault.

Keep your mind open for facts and numbers.
