I disagree. The economy and immigration are important, but not critical issues to the majority of registered voters. The last three election cycles have been driven by younger Americans. I don't see that trend changing and actually, I see civil rights and voting rights driving historic turnout. Republicans have overplayed their influence and exposed the corporate force driving their decline.

Republicans have not proven to be good faith brokers of Democracy.

There was a clear announcement that democracy (as we knew it) had died FOREVER. There was no remorse and no regrets. Since then we are witnessing the true face of democracy (=fascism=communism). So that you would understand and manage to lose your regrets, too.

Discussing public elections and which party is better for democracy is like discussing which fake beard disguises the rednose alcoholic as a SantaClaus better.
