I've always been intrigued by Nordic curls! Not sure how to do them without special equipment or some one else to hold my legs down?

If you're at the gym, find anything that your ankles fit under. At my gym, the dumbbell rack is about the right height. If there's a Smith machine, lock the bar at the bottom and use that.

Nice! The Smith machine sounds like a good shout! (The dumbell racks are right in front of the benches at my fairly small gym, but that's also a great shout for if it's not busy!)

Do you put anything under your knees to protect them? And just body weight I imagine?

I grab a yoga mat out of the gym‘s pile. If they're all in use, a folded towel works.

Lol! I can barely do body weight. Ain't no way I'm going to hold a plate on my chest.

Haha glad you said that, I was thinking the same thing re the weight! Will give them a try! Always juts been worried about both my knee caps trying to eject themselves mid rep!
