Looks like Globalist vision is very short sighted
Western civilization has a lot to lose from the rapid unraveling of established institutions. Developing countries don’t have robust institutions so disruption won’t be as painful.
Through an optimistic lens, Western governments are just trying to manage an inevitable transition orderly.
Stall, delay, find ways to let the old guard participate.
