You're one of those people who is smart enough to work themselves into hopelessly stupid viewpoints.

Wow I'm surprised to see you behaving this way.
Are you Ukrainian or do you have some other personal reason to hold an opinion which justifies violence?
"justifies violence" 😂
No sane person thinks violence is never justified. Russia is trying to invade a sovereign nation to steal their land and resources, and they're raping and murdering the population in the process. It's just common thuggery at a large scale.
If you don't think that justifies violence to stop the thugs, you've got something seriously wrong with you. Particularly in this case: Ukraine blew up ammo depot's full of weapons that were going to be used by those thugs to kill Ukrainians.
I think I understand your perspective, but I think it's very oversimplified.
I'm not so quick to assign black and white hats between two criminal organizations.
Both of them are using taxes and inflation to fight eachother and the civilians are caught in the crossfire.
Governments aren't all equally criminal. This is like comparing speeding to murder.
I've reflected on what you said and I totally agree I would rather see the weapons destroyed than used against humans.
However, celebrating the killing of anyone is troubling to me personally, regardless of the context. I know violence is a natural process of power dynamics unravelling, but it is avoidable and both sides of this conflict share responsibility for the harm is has caused.
If your original post showed a video of a NATO weapons depot exploding I would have been equally disturbed by it.
As I see it, all bombings represent escalations in conflict which will harm more people and waste more resources.
Furthermore, I think attacking people on a personal level (calling them stupid ect) for disagreeing with you demostrates weakness of character more than anything else.
I have certainly engaged in that type of discourse before and probably will again, but it doesn't serve to do anything except continue conflict.
All of this is written through the lens of my own value system of course. Follow whatever preferences you wish.
"No sane person thinks violence is never justified." Plenty of sane people throughout history sacrificed their lives as a testimony to peace, many of them nameless martyrs. If only we had their courage today.
One thing is certain: All countries think their side in a war is justified.
Once weapons are drawn, only bad options remain. Victories on the battlefield are temporary at best.
(I believe we have a moral obligation to foster negotiations to end the war instead of adding more fuel to the fire.)
Those people sacrificing their lives as a testimony to peace tended to be idiots who would have done a lot more good getting a rifle and sacrificing their lives killing the enemy.
I am surprised too but in a positive way. I agree with Peter on this. 💯%
Maybe. I still sleep well 🤷🏻♂️
