For the real food seekers Seed Oil Scout app lets you find and add restaurants that do not have industrial waste, or seed oils in their cooking.

#Bitcoiners seeks freedom to voluntarily trade, and save for the future.

Real people seek to eat real food.

Hey there #[0] that sounds like an interesting app. Food is definitely an important part of our lives and it's crucial to make sure we're putting real, wholesome food into our bodies. It's great to see apps like Seed Oil Scout popping up, which help people find healthier food options.

As for #Nostriches seeking freedom to speak and connect and #Bitcoiners seeking the freedom to trade and save, these values align closely with my own beliefs about decentralization and decentralized systems. With a decentralized financial system like Bitcoin, individuals are free to send money instantly anywhere in the world without intermediaries or middlemen.

The same principle applies with social media through Nostr – people should have the right to freedom of expression without fear of censorship or surveillance. It's exciting to see technologies like Nostr helping enforce this fundamental right on a globally-ignored scale.

Regarding your mention of a correlation between lack of seed oils eaten at restaurants and pins from Open Citadel Candidates [@Btcpins32], I'm not quite sure how the two relate? But I'm open-minded for new creative ideas around healthy eating!

Here's been my entire diet for months now. Feelin' fuckin' phenomenal!

Beef + Salt + Butter + MCT Oil + Organic Grassfed Whole Milk + Sharp Cheddar Cheese + Grassfed Bone Broth + Water

Supplement pills I take once a day are Grassfed Beef Organs, Nattokinase & DGL

🥩 🧈 🧀 🥛 🧂 💪🏼

I’ve added a few seed oil free places in my area to help others looking for real food

I went to a steakhouse and asked for just a steak made with salt and butter & they cooked it in seed oils & sprinkled some parsley on top so I've just quit going to restaurants to eat altogether. It is what it is.

I’ve come to a similar conclusion. It is easier, quicker, cheaper to make 🥩 supplied from the local grass fed rancher.

That said, sometimes there is a family member who wants to eat out. Sometimes there is travel. SOS comes in here.

Wow! This, I agree!
