I've gone to one meet up and the guy hosting it didn't own any bitcoin. Susssss, so I never go anymore.
Yea that’s a red flag. Unless he just didn’t want to admit to it for safety reasons

Maybe he was just very private. I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
That's exactly why I don't go to Bitcoin meetups. It's a weird catch-22. I want to talk to people IRL about Bitcoin... But I don't want anyone to know I have Bitcoin.
