No, but I might one day...would have to get a club first. I imagine it would do my shoulders the world of good.

I am going to try. I think I could do 5 or 6 minutes then rest a minute and do another 5. But not sure. These duration workouts our new to me. It is a challenge that has gotten me excited about working out.
