I don't know much about it. But I can tell you human beings didn't evolve to make diet. The fat in our body are reservoirs of energy that protect us when we don't have enough food at our disposal, the climate is cold or when we exert a lot physical work. We, as humans, should respect workout and sleep to make our bodies healthy and also we shouldn't rely constantly on modern diets to lose weight.

Human body isn't designed to lose weight through weird diets.
