Yea every experience i've had with rentals and tenants in both residential and commercial has been....awful. I'm turning this lot into a homestead though i just have to deal with the two houses and tenants until i have a plan solidified with a developer... But as it turns out this guys month-to-month lease is about to expire due to his shenanigans and likely a drawn out eviction ensues.

It will get done. Nothing can compare to the gray hair bitcoin has given me over the years though. This is more of an annoyance that will likely cost me $10k or so

I love this reply. Been thinking lately how strange it is that some of voices I’ve followed over the years who claim to have been here and understood bitcoin for a looong time don’t seem to have much money.
I had the homestead before even knowing about Bitcoin, like everyone around me.
I also know how much work it is to maintain it, while it gives you certain freedoms it also binds you and costs alot of time.
So having that + rental property causes alot of unecessary stress which can easy be avoided by just saving in the g'sound money or even better earning by selling homemade products to your neighbours for Bitcoin in a circular economy which we have established since years.
Don't be to quick to judge before you have all the details, but good luck getting that money or the tenant out, it can be quiet a burden and challenge depending on your jurisdiction.
The most annoying thing about some bitcoiners is how condescending they can be when you say how you're going to spend it.
I went all-in on bitcoin many years ago. I've been cash broke for years. My end game isn't to die living in some shithole - it's to create beautiful memories with my family and friends.
