customer service has barely anything to do with fiat money. 95% of biz are sme and the winners have good service, the losers have no service. That has always been the case. No relation to fiat whatsoever.

The terrible service at big biz is predominantly due to extreme govt regulations.

The govt always has bad service even when they are on a btc standard. So bitcoin does not fix that.

Bad service is bad service whether on fiat or not.
