Rookie numbers 😆 or not? 🤷‍♀️

So follow counts don’t matter across legacy social media anymore. You can’t really measure success that way. It’s the algorithm but also paid ads—not things we have here.

But if you aren’t new and have a shitty follow count, it’s telling.

There’s also the WoT score. Another metric that doesn’t mean what you’d think. You can have a ton of followers, which could be perceived as trust, but a low WoT score.

So if you need a metric to judge your success around here…

Are you making frens?

Does it feel like it’s a community around here?

Are you seeing cool shit in your feed?

Are you having a good time?

What are you getting out of it?
