You can see the water stops flowing out in free fall. This shows no force is being applied.
When attached the the reference frame (earth), the water flows out the bottle at different strengths showing a gradient and the source and direction of the force(motion).
The forces being applied to make the water flow are gravity and the dude's hand. Take away his hand and obviously it will stop flowing because there is no opposing force to gravity.
That's is, until the bottle hits the ground. We figured this stuff out a long time ago.
So to clarify your position, when the water is being held in Will's hand, gravity is working and pulling the water down, but when he lets it go, gravity stops working on the water?

The hand is exerting a force on the bottle equal to the force of gravity. The water is following the path of least resistance and flowing out of the holes. Remove the hand and the water's path of least resistance is to be still within the falling bottle. I'm baffled that this needs explaining.

I've seen arguments that the three grand pyramids of Giza are situated like this as an earthly reflection of Orion's belt. The arguments goes that three stars were closer to the horizon all the time back, and it looked different. Read about the Orion mystery in Ref to the pyramids (or watch a video).
The point of the mystery that the locations of the pyramids only makes sense if we trace the locations of Orion stars back in time when they were built. In fact, some even use this argument to put older dates of building the pyramids. Waaaay before the conventional dates (which is a rabbit hole on its own, you'll enjoy following, trust me)
My guess is they do change but because the scale is so massive it takes a long (probably hundreds of thousands of years) time for the naked eye to see a meaningful difference
But where is the correspondence of a flat Earth in the microcosm? As above, so below. Atoms, planets, stars, galaxies. Everything is attracted and orbiting each other. Why would the pattern break for a flat Earth?
