I've been feeling a bit sensitive lately.

Sometimes the people around you are capable of frustrating you and making you lose hope. Sometimes they're people who aren't very important in your life, and other times, the ones that hurt the most, are people you care about. They refuse to see what's around them and prefer to retreat into their shell of normality, assuming everything is fine and there's nothing to worry about.

It feels lonely many times when you try to open up to them and debate, because even when you put your best effort, show respect, and argue from a respectful point, people are reluctant to accept anything different from what they already think and take many things for granted, thinking everything is fine, "there's nothing to worry about", "you'll live in fear all your life", "you're a catastrophist". To me, this attitude represents ignorance, the refusal to learn something new, increase your knowledge, or expand your consciousness, taking things for granted and not thinking. I just wanted to tell you that what makes me feel accompanied and like there are more people participating in reality and not just denying it is you, all the people here and there participating in the development of freedom, protocols and technologies that truly make us free, conceiving alternative possibilities and being aware. I'm also lucky enough to dedicate myself full-time to developing for this. I hope more people will be as lucky as I am. 🫂

Inventor of the web suggests that nostree could be the killer app!

Nostree needs more iteration over it but will shine, just focusing in other project rn ✌️

100% agree

No one cares about a threat until it’s knocking at their door…

I’ve enjoyed seeing the missing note problem plague nostr, for example, because it shows that all these problems or threats we think about aren’t just theoretical.

Including mass censorship on centralized platforms during critical time periods (elections, pandemics, etc).

It’s best we prepare for them. They will thank us later. 🙂‍↕️

Yes, i like to think like that also 🫂

time to razor the IRL social graph a bit probably

maybe also reach out to new ways to make a living as well

Social its higher now, thats the reason of so many frustrating discussions

Most people build cages around themselves and find it repulsive when they see you get out of your own.

Yes, or even to come out of their own, some people call that comfort zone, other can call it stockholm syndrome

Keep going my friend, the biggest threat we're facing is being demotivated enough to stop fighting. They won't achieve that!

Definitely not 💪
