there is definitely a bifurcation going on here, if you are in the in-group and have push access to the nips repo and/or an opensats grant, you are ok
but anyone who is trying to do something that those people disagree with or of people who call out the hypocrisy and narcissism blatantly visible in that group you are persona non grata
it's called a limited hangout - where you admit something but pretend that it's only ok for you and your people, but everyone else is still a kook
