That's a great idea. Position them ahead of time based on weather forecasts. Maybe you could put a topographical map into an AI and have it spit out the best locations for the setup. Open source the whole thing so plebs can convert their home stack into a hydro miner hotspot. And... These disasters could actually be fun
“Fun” is a stretch but it could certainly make a potentially critical difference in disaster response.
