New plan, big wall around DC, open southern boarder but no handouts for anyone. End all entitlements. Reduce military spending to what is necessary to defend our homes, families and property. End all regulations that are not the constitution, (except for an explicit ban on glitter in all its forms).

I like this plan. A closed border is a prison for the people inside. I like being able to move without permission. Not sure about the DC wall, though. Military spending should be entirely support for local militia. Also return to privateering - America used to do that - and that will pay for itself.
The wall around DC as you note is not to protect DC, it is a private prison designed to protect everyone else from those inside.
