Well I guess this is my #introduction to Nostr. Hi #Nostr!
My name is Charles. I'm not really on most social media. For the moment I thought I'd just post my thoughts and add some hashtags and see what happens.
For the #Primal thing I chose 7-8 topics and it followed 120 people for me automatically. Like a seed following kit I guess. If they had a #freedom topic I would have chosen that too. Who would I be following then? Tell me if you're a freedom advocate and I'll follow you.

Hi Charles and welcome to nostr, but Nostr is more than social media, think parallel universe internet, primal is a social media app that runs on nostr just like Damus, Nostur, Amethyst, and more, but then there are blog apps, streaming apps, video hosting, messaging apps, and so much more⦠since you are communicating on the protocol level and not on just tue app, you take your followers, data, and your follows to every nostr app you use.
This sounds like the future I want.
It is pretty awesome, Iβve been here for about two years and itβs amazing how much the developers have done. It is also pretty cool for me, not a very techie person, shoulder to shoulder with the people developing this technology and if you see an issue or think a feature would benefit nostr, saying something can get it fixed or a new feature added right away
