I would love to buy a house in 1-2 years, if it can pop and crash right before I buy, it would be nice.

Yeah, in my country it's not as clear that pruce might drop, and if it drops it will be mostly outside cities and their direct surrounding areas. So probably if I buy it's outside center, where price are high but not completely crazy like outside reality.
In my city a 3 bedroom appartment for a family is 2M$+, no way to pay that even if it would be garantee to take 5% per year. We must optimize Bitcoin allocation, it will continue to beat real eastate return long term, no doubt.
