I’ve never researched it.. and by the way i had a prime rib eye and filet last night… these are just thoughts as of now, not actions. This is about true existence. not food. Even though it seems like it’s about food... it’s about what does my soul need vs what my human body is projecting as a need.

that’s true? Fruit only kills people?

Eventually yeah. Fruit only diets kill. Even the best ones that includes fatty fruits. Their bodies get so weak it's usually like a small infection that takes them out. You can search up fruitarian death and find plenty of examples.
