Even though we’re living in a modern and high-tech life but our bodies and brains are still missing the glory old days in the woods and grasslands where our hunter-gatherer ancestors lived.

High-Tech but Low-Life, look what the heck Agricultural Revolution and Industrial Revolution gave us, shit life, shit jobs, shit foods, shit mental conditions, shit physical conditions, working hours longer, brain volume lower, lifespan shorter, lots of stresses, illnesses, diseases, these all above are trade offs we deal with the devil.

We are nothing different from the livestock and poultry we keep in captivity. Think about it.

Human should work less than 40 hours a week, move around differently places a lot, own no more physical stuffs you can carry, eat low-processed foods, avoid grains and carbohydrates what are poisoning your brain and teeth, live a life in a low time preference.

Anthropology tells a lot truth your doctors, nutritionists, financial advisors, historians, and experts on TV won’t tell you.

The truth is we are living in a lie.

Maybe read two books:

The Sovereign Individual

The 4-Hour Workweek

And find a remote job while living in a digital nomad life traveling around the world 🗺️

So there's two issues I see for most people. We'll call it order of operation and scalability.

If you don't do it in the right order, starting from a young enough age, you end up with a family and skill sets that don't translate well to high paying remote work.

Not that it's insurmountable, I just know a lot of people who couldn't pull that off without cutting their roots and leaving their family. At least I haven't discovered a generic duplicatable method yet.

I agree with the book choice though. 👌
