Nice sentiment, but empirically false. If there were no significant racial differences, it wouldn't be such a persistently predictive variable across scientific disciplines (especially given how much white researchers want the opposite results).

Where this is importantly correct is that lumping all Africans together as "black" is ridiculous, because there's so much genetic diversity within Africa.
